The Swing Falls trail is a 20 minute hiking trail with a medium difficulty rating.
The trail leads through the L’Abri Gum Tree Plantation before you decent into the
Indigenous Forest following the banks of the uMswathi River down to the waterfall.
At the waterfall, hikers can stop, rest, swim and take a swing to the waterfall.
The SKABA Hiking Trail takes hikers on the edge of the escarpment through various Gum and Wattle
tree plantations, descending down to the uMswathi River through one of the most beautiful indigenous
forests in Southern Africa. With an easy crossing over the river at the Boulder Falls, hikers can take a rest,
jump down a 15 meter cliff into a large natural pool. The SKABA Bush Camp is another 30 minutes walk under
the canopy. Once you have reached the SKABA Bush Camp you will again decent down to the Jump Falls
where hikers can swim, jump off a 5 meter cliff into the natural pool below and simply enjoy the untouched
beauty of nature.
The experience is exhilarating and addictive. Our facilitators will do all the
necessary safety checks before you start your thrilling Ride Obstacle course.
Table Top Soccer is a fun game that everyone can enjoy
without loosing their breath. Teams are made up by 8 players
on a side. Your soccer field is a 1.5 meter by 1.5 meter balancing board
that players must use to score a goal. Teamwork and patience are much

Coloured Balls call for a lot of fun especially when your opponents
are also blindfolded and you are competing for the same colour ball.
In this game there are a number of coloured balls with different colours.
You need to find the balls with the correct colour and quickly as possible
return back to base.
The lantern is placed in the centre of the site, the Explorers need to
make their way to the lantern without getting caught. The leaders try
and spot the Explorers has they make their way to the lantern.
Water Balloon Toss is a “made for summer” game. Players should line up in two
lines, with partners facing each other about 3 meters apart to start. Each player
holding a balloon gently tosses it to their partner. If the other player catches it
successfully, the partners each take another step backwards.
This is a group problem solving & communication exercise
This activity involves moving marbles even water down lengths of half pipe.
The trick? Each participant has only one short length of pipe, and the start
and finish points can be separated by an obstacle course!
Not so easy to hit the target you must use your giant slingshot to hit
the target. This fun filled game challenge even the sharpshooters
to their core.
Concert at the Boma is popular with most groups. Join us for
the Boma Experience and enjoy a relaxing interactive potjie cook-off,
competition at our rustic Boma setting with live entertainment supplied
by the potjie chefs.
If you have ever been on a hike and the sun set before you finished, you know
that experiencing a trail at night can be a completely different experience
from hiking during the day but, don't be afraid of the dark. Take a stroll to
look and listen for animal sights and sounds. Bring your flashlight and dress
appropriately for this outdoor fun.
This is the best game ever. Participants test their aiming skills with
a tennis ball. Once they hit the target their opponent is DUNKED.
